Iberico meat
Our 100% Iberico pigs feed on acorns and grass during the “Montanera” period, from October to March, in our vast meadows located in the southwest of Spain. Each pig has 2.5 ha / 6,2 ac. of grassy fields to eat, rest and graze stress-free. They reach a weight of 170kg / 375 lb at the age of 17 month.
Our 100% Iberico Natural range-fed pigs are raised on a diet of acorns, grass and cereals in our meadows in the southwest region of Spain during twice the minimum recommended time stipulated in the “Iberico Regulation (2014)”. They will remain there for a period of 16 months reaching an approximate weight of 160kg / 353 lb.
