Mangalica meat
Mangalica pork meat is an internationally recognized delicacy, particularly in Korean and Japanese cuisines. Our Mangalicas are a showpiece of animal well-being. They are carefully tended, live stress-free, and are nourished with natural products such as corn, wheat, barley and grass in farms with outdoor access in the Hungarian steppes. They are certified by the official organization MOE (MangalicatenyésztökOrszágosEgyesüelet), reaching a weight of 135 kgs and over 9 months of age.
